Refund Policy

Our refund policy operates inline with the current ACCC standards in Australia.

Please contact us within two weeks of obtaining the product after purchase, and we will assist you with your query or concern within 48 business hours. 

If a return or refund is warranted, you must contact us at oildiffusershopau@gmail.com with details of the purchase date and time, photos of the item, a description of why you would like the item refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. 

Please note that the customer is to pay for any return shipping. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Warranties apply by our manufacturer for some items only for example electric diffusers and dates or claim coverage will differ from each supplier, not all of them will have the same terms. 

Please rest assured we will endeavour to assist you with any concerns you have in accordance with Australian retail standards.
